PRIVATE PILATES SESSIONS
Private Pilates sessions are a great way to get that one-on-one attention you desire. Whether you are recovering
from an injury, have specialized needs for your lifestyle, or want to focus on what your particular body requires,
private sessions will give you the ability to fine-tune your Pilates practice for your specific needs. If you are new
to Pilates, we recommend that you start with private sessions to help you become more knowledgeable
about proper form and develop a program that is best suited for you. Each session is 55-minutes.
SMALL GROUP PILATES SESSIONS
Small Group Pilates sessions are a great way to get personalized attention with 2 or 3 people.
All Small Group sessions can be found on our online schedule or through the MINDBODY APP.
Our Small Group sessions will challenge every part of your body resulting in strong and flat abs, long and lean thighs,
a lifted seat, and sculpted arms. And it's so much fun, you won't even realize how hard you are working!
Each session is 55- minutes.
If you want that toned physique and athleticism of a ballerina, Allongé Barre is for you! Experience Barre, in a small setting, taught by real dancers! Allongé Barre utilizes Pilates principles and ballet barre techniques to strengthen, shape, stretch and elongate your body. The class will focus on core conditioning, butt and thigh work, and various stretch series. Allongé Barre combines isometric exercise that sculpts muscles and the rigorous conditioning that professional dancers are accustomed to. Perhaps it’s your unfulfilled childhood dream of dancing Swan Lake, or its just the fact that every ballerina and dancer you can think of has an amazingly toned body. Whatever your goals are, Allongé Barre is designed to make anyone's body (men too!) feel longer, leaner and stronger!
